How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made by calling +1 (415) 985-7471 or by using the “Reserve Now” button on our website to submit an online booking request. You may also send a request via email – info@deluxepremieretour.com
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend booking at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to ensure availability and smooth coordination.
Can I open a corporate or personal account?
Yes. We offer both personal and corporate accounts for clients who require ongoing transportation services. To get started, we will provide a credit card authorization form along with instructions for ID verification and any required supporting documents. Approved corporate accounts may also qualify for direct billing terms, subject to review. Please click “Account Sign-Up” to apply.
How will I find my chauffeur upon arrival?
We provide two airport pickup options: Meet & Greet service and Curbside Pickup.
- Meet & Greet (Airport Arrivals):
Your chauffeur will meet you inside the airport near the baggage claim area holding a personalized welcome sign. - Curbside Pickup (Airport Arrivals/Departures):
Once your flight lands or you are ready for pickup, your chauffeur will contact you by phone or text to coordinate the exact curbside pickup location. - Non-Airport Pickups:
For hotel, residence, or other locations, your chauffeur will call or text upon arrival and meet you at the designated pickup area.
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
Our operations team and chauffeurs monitor flight statuses in real time. Whether your flight arrives ahead of schedule or experiences delays, we adjust accordingly to ensure your transportation is ready when you arrive.
Is smoking allowed inside the vehicles?
No. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Violations are subject to a minimum cleaning fee of $250, in addition to any costs associated with repairing smoke-related damage.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are welcome in our vehicles. Please note that a cleaning surcharge may apply depending on shedding, odors, or additional cleaning requirements after the trip.
How do I cancel or modify my reservation?
To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please submit your request in writing by emailing or by replying directly to your reservation confirmation email. Please include your reservation name and confirmation number for faster assistance.
